postmaster from emiera is an innovative solution for an old problem: if you are not at your desk, or out of the office, how do you know if you have voicemail waiting? You can set postmaster to notify you automatically via an SMS message to your mobile phone, as soon as a new voice message is received.

Access email, voice messages and faxes from a single interface

postmaster captures new voicemail messages, converts them to the popular MP3 file format, and emails them to your personal email address. In this way, you can retrieve, listen to and store voice messages from within your email client (e.g. Microsoft Outlook) in exactly the same way as you do with email messages. The use of MP3 for voice messages means that file space is kept to a minimum, whilst retaining the quality of the voice recording.

The postmaster platform includes an integrated TUI. Importantly, this enables all postmaster users to access, review and edit their notification, delivery and schedule settings from any telephone, no matter where they are located.
